How does completing labs work?

Labs are specific to each patient. Some labs may require a blood draw, while others may be at home tests to collect a salivary, urine, or fecal sample. Once your labs are sent into the correct laboratory and analyzed, your results will be returned to Look Up Health Center. Our doctors will be in touch with you shortly after to discuss the results with you!

Do we accept insurance?

We do accept insurance, although we are not in network with any specific insurance company. Most patients find that our cash discount options are the cheapest even compared to their insurance company reimbursement, as a lot of the therapies we use are not covered by their insurance. That said, we encourage and are happy to provide superbills to you so you can submit to your insurance company. We are also happy to accept FSA/HSA plans to help offset any cash costs!

What is the typical length of care in our office?

At Look Up Health Center, we specialize in lifetime wellness care for optimal health. That said, patients typically coming to us for help with a problem need between 2 and 6 months to get that problem resolved or under control, and any additional care will be determined between the patient and the doctor at that point.

What happens if I have a two week trip planned and need to miss visits?

Based on the doctor's recommendations, our staff is ready to help you plan around your visits without having to miss visits or extend your care beyond the initial recommendations. Remember, we specialize in lifetime wellness care, which means we are committed to getting you to wellness first. Healing is a journey, not a destination. Your healing will be occurring before and after your trip.

Why are you more than just a chiropractor's office?

We love this question! The human body is designed to be healthy and function well when the right conditions are applied; meaning that if you are experiencing an issue, especially a chronic one, that there is some underlying cause that is not being addressed. The ability to use neurologically based chiropractic care, lab supported functional medicine, and movement analyses gives you the best opportunity to identify and eliminate the underlying cause of your issue.

Can I come into the office without an appointment?

Adjustments, exams, reports, and consults must be scheduled ahead of time with our staff. Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. Active patients are allowed to come in without an appointment at any point that the office is open during the week and have open access to the gym space, waiting area, and restroom. Lots of patients take advantage of this every week!
